Rewrite rules for a multijournal site with custom domains per journal

What rewrite rules are you using for a multijournal instance with custom domains? I’m having problems in particular with the rerouting to /index/user

Hi, At the University Of Bordeaux, we hosted several journals and we would like that each journal has its own domain name.
