Revisions and Reviewer's Attachments panels not visible in Review tab for authors

the authors can not see the Revisions and Reviewer’s Attachments panels when they go to the Review tab in their submissions. Only the discussion panel is visible.
interface errors
First eror: You don’t currently have access to that stage of the workflow.
Second: undefined

@ajnyga has a post about it on Github. I have the same problem but after 5 years
I couldn’t find a way to fix this problem.

While searching the database and files for errors, I found the solution in the Members and Roles section.
Author roles were misconfigured.

Problem accessing the page in order to resubmit an article for review - OJS 3.0.2

For all of you with the same problem: I found out what the problem was. Something as simple as this: [OJS - problema resolvido de página de autor na fase de revisão] That little checkbox was unchecked.
