Revised abstract submission


I’m using OCS 2.3.6 and two-step submission process.

When author submit their revised abstract as author version on the screen abstract review, we as the track director cannot see the file. What should we do?

Hi @norazizahmyacob,

Have you tried logging in as the author to verify that the file upload completed, and that the submission process was confirmed? You should be able to use “Log In As” from the Conference Manager’s “People” area (the Author listing).
