Reviewer sent regrets, but now willing to do it -how to change status?

A reviewer sent regrets that he couldn’t review the manuscript, but has now agreed to given that we couldn’t find a replacement. But now the system won’t let me add him again - it just says ‘assigned’. What do I do?

I’m sorry, I don’t know (not 3) - I do it through the university of toronto. I’ve been trying to contact someone from there, but the professor I work with is out of touch at the moment.

I expect that’ll be OJS, probably something in the 2.4.x line. You’ll need to start a new round with the new reviewer.
