Describe the issue or problem
When we register a new user as reviewer via review request and that user uses the submission URL to proceed with the review request, the language/user menu in the top right is missing.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
- Created a dummy account with the add new reviewer function in submission
- In the article review request email, I clicked the submission URL to go to review request
- See no menu in top right corner <–The error
- Use back to submissions (top left) and then go back into the review request - top right menu is back.
