Review Type: Open. What consequence does it has?

Hi
I can’t figure out what consequences choosing the ‘Open’ review type have when selecting a reviewer. As far as I can see the author can’t see who’s the reviewer, so what does this choice produce?

I think that currently when you add the review report for the author, it shows the name instead of “Reviewer A”. Not sure actually.
