Hello,
I am using OJS 3.3.0-11.
I was wondering if there is any way to display the review notifications relative to a submission in the workflow/review tab screen. Right now the only way to actually see the decision and realtive notifications is to go in the activity log.

I don’t think so - the activity log is where this information is consolidated. However, if you have assigned reviewers and you click on the down arrow next to their name and history you can see “History,” which does give a comprehensive overview of interactions with the reviewer (rather than having to sift through the activity log).
