I have created a revised review form to send out to reviewers and selected it in Workflow (and de-selected the original form) but if I choose my new form when sending out a review request, the reviewer sees nothing.
I have not deleted the original form, just de-selected it.
Also, when responding to authors with an editorial decision, the option to ‘import peer reviews’ does not work.
any suggestions?
