Review form error (ojs3)

Hi,

since our migration to ojs3.1.1-2 in July we have some times errors when reviewers want to save their review in the form field; they get an error message and the text is lost, see:

So far I couldn’t reproduce the error on our test system, but as this problem ocurred several times during the last weeks, I wanted to ask if this is a known problem?
