Review File Upload Error (OJS 3.1.2.1)

Hello!

We’re having an issue with our OJS, when an author upload a file as a Revision File, it cannot be downloaded and a 500 Internal Server Error appears. The file is located inside the host without any other problem and can be downloaded from there, but not from the OJS.

We asked our host about it and created an exception for another example, but it seems to be not fixed.

The error message is:

I saw that you have the same error log like me, did you repair it? Because i do not see any answer to your question.

what version of php are you using? did this happen suddenly or something else? for example after upgrading the OJS version.

We are using php 7.3.21, this happens since we started to use it and we have upgraded a few times, so I would not say it is because of the upgrade.
