Review file not correct after Upgrade from OJS 2.4.8 to OJS 3.1.2

Hi,

we have review files that appear in the wrong review round after upgrade from OJS 2 to OJS 3.

The problem occurs if there are 2 or more revisions of a file and not all revisions belong to the same review round. The database entries seem to be ok.

I present one case with images (file_id 902, revision 2 vs. 3):
The images:

  1. Review Round 1 (OJS 2)
  2. Review Round 2 (OJS 2)
  3. Database table (OJS 2)
  4. Review Round 1 (OJS 3)
  5. Review Round 2 (OJS 3)
  6. Database table (OJS 3)

What is the table in image (6)? Is that review_round_files?

Yes, number six is table “review_round_files” in OJS3.

Hi @asmecher,

may I ask again? We are stuck in this upgrade currently, I also have problems with the fair copy files (SUBMISSION_FILE_FAIR_COPY: can't find files in GUI).
