Replacement for the JBImages plugin

Hi,

Using 3.1.2-4. Due to the vulnerability JBImages Image Upload Vulnerability I applied the patch that removes the ability to upload images.

Now I would like to ask what is now recomended way of uploading images nad using them in the “older” OJS versions?
