Hi,
I have a situation that the email for review request had not reach the reviewer, for some reason.
Then, there is no option for reviewer to accept or decline the review, and there is no option for editor to manually accept or decline the review, if the reviewer responded via email.
So, I propose both options to be implemented, the manual accepting or declining the review on behalf of the reviewers, and repeating the request for review, after the warning that the previous request was sent on particular date.
These are real life situations, and the software should allow that.
Is there a procedure or option in the OJS3 I am missing regarding these scenarios? If yes, please let me know and ignore this post.
