Registration was not successful!

Hello, I’m trying to deposit an article to Crossref through the OJS plugin; however, it gives an error message: “Registration was not successful! The DOI registration server returned an error: ’ (401 Unauthorized)’.”

Could you please help me with this? any advice?

Hello @Majeed,

What version of OJS are you using (e.g. 3.3.0-8)? Please include this in your posts.

Also: Have you tried searching for that error here on the forum (there are several posts that seem to suggest some potential solutions)?
