Registration does not work OJS 3.1.1-4

Are these critical errors? Can they be fixed?

These warnings and notices are not critical. The three you show here, for example, are stylistic inconsistency in coding, without a negative practical effect. Many of these are remediated in 3.1.2.

Dear @eiavrn,
I have the same problem after upgrading to OJS 3.1.2. When selecting the register menu, “HTTP ERROR 500” will appear. Can you help me?

I just reinstall the OJS new version version 3.3.0.3 Registration page not opening.

Actual link is Journal of Educational Research and Social Sciences Review (JERSSR)

But when a new user want to register it self on following link nothing appears…

https://ojs.jerssr.org.pk/index.php/jerssr/user/register
