How can I customize submission ID. By default it is giving 1,2,3,… Can I customize it with:
Journal-name-Month-Year-ID. or in any other form ? I am using OJS 3.0.0

In the published content, you can assign your own identifier – but in the editorial back-end, i.e. for content that hasn’t been published yet, that’s not possible at the moment.
(By the way, I’d strongly suggest upgrading – OJS 3.0.0 is now pretty old.)
