Re-open review round

Hi,
is it possible to re-open a review round for a reviewer? the reviewer would like to change his decision and add some comments. In other Editorial management system it is possible to ‘rescind’ a decision and open a review round again for a given reviewer.

I am currently using OJS 3.3.0.16

Yes - but that functionality is only in 3.4:

You’d have to upgrade in order to do it.
