Quicksubmit field problem

Hello Everyone,

When using the quicksubmit plugin in OJS version 3.4.0.8, the Additional Refinements field does not appear for filling in. Is this due to some configuration or is it an update error? Before the update, it worked normally.

Hi @bgsouza,

I’ve just checked an OJS 3.4.0-8 installation and the field appears as expected. Try the following to fix the issue:

  1. Open the dashboard in a browser private window to see if it works.
  2. Disable any non default OJS plugin.
  3. Disable all but the theme plugin to see if the issue is fixed, then go enabling one by one until the issue reappears.

Thanks for your help. I followed the procedure you suggested, but it didn’t work. My magazines are multilingual.
