My submissions folder in OJS 126.96.36.199 has grown to several GB, and 90% of it are declined submissions.
Is there any safe way to purge them completely?
What do you think, should I keep the database records or purge them too?
Deleting submissions via the web interface from the editor’s Archive will delete both the files and the database entries. Whether you want to do this or not will depend on whether you want a complete audit trail and statistics for declined submissions – removing them will of course take those submissions out of the mix.
