Publisher Library - Files link gives error

Hi

I have added a file in publisher library. Then I placed a hyperlink on the website somewhere so that users can click and download. Sometime download happens and sometimes it gives this error

status":false,“content”:“The current role does not have access to this operation.”,“elementId”:“0”,“events”:null}

Please guide.

Yes, it showed an error for me. Do you have this option selected in the Publisher Library for this file:

Yes Sir, II have selected this option. But sometimes it gets download. sometimes gives error. Please help me out.

Issue solved, I have using wrong link for downloading. I have to use the link mentioned as like

HTTP://domainname/ojs/index.php/…

Just have to replace the ID at the end of the link.
