Hello, I hope you can help me. After successfully upgrading to version 3.2.1.4 from 3.1.1.4 all post references disappeared. When editing submission, the reference field is empty. How can I solve that?
Within databases in the table citations I could verify that they are found.

Have you tried rebuilding your citations? If you have command line access you can run:
php lib/pkp/tools/parseCitations.php all
From inside your ojs directory.
