I have installed OSJ and added few files for publication to the future issue. Files (table of contents) is visible but there is no publish button so that I can convert the issue to current.

It is Open Journal Systems Version : 3.1.0.0 . I have installed it via softaculous app installer .

You can publish future issues in path:
Issues > Future Issues (tab)
Click in arrow icon of Issue will open a list of link options with a “publish issue”.

Whenever you find blue triangle on the left side of some link you can click on that blue triangle and some options will be offered. By clicking on some of those options you will be able to perform some tasks/operations.
