Proofreader Failed to view proof

Proofreader can’t view proof from layout editor I got this warning

To resolve that warning, try applying the patch at this issue: Correct SubmissionProofreaderHandler warning · Issue #2145 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub

I’m not sure whether the warning is the only thing causing the problem, but it should help.
