Description of issue or problem I’m having:
Hi I’m trying to validate URL https://rci.cujae.edu.cu/index.php/rci/oai using the http://oval.base-search.net/
But the result passes the first tests, but this one shows an error:
ERROR: ListRecords response well-formed but invalid: Element ‘{XML Schema 1}element’, attribute ‘ref’: The QName value ‘{http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/ 1}title’ does not resolve to a(n) element declaration., line 23
Reading pkp forum i’d found that this matter was solved by BASE in 2020 but, for some reason still giving that error. I don’t know what to do. Please some one can help me?
Additionally REDIB tell that they can’t retrieve our data due to this error
