Problems updating 2.4.8.2 - 3.1.2.1 (DB: Can not find record in 'users')

Hello All,

I am getting the error “Upgrade failed: DB: Can not find record in ‘users’” when updating the ojs from version 2.4.8.2 to version 3.1.2.1.
Can anyone help me with this ? How can I find the record with problems?

Hello all,

Does that mean the database is inconsistent?
How can I identify and correct the problem?
