Problems to upload an article

Hi.

I couldn’t upload an article. I tried to upload the OJS’s example, and it doesn’t work neither. I need know what am i doing bad.

Hi @araymoises,

Can you describe what you’re trying to do? Are you running an OJS installation and having trouble uploading files? Or are you an author submitting to a specific journal?

My university is running an OJS installation, but they don’t know at all how does it works. I’m a student, but i’m helping them to know how can we upload an article. I saw the only way to upload it, is as a XML file, but as i said before, i tried to upload the OJS basic example and nothing.

What version of OJS are you using?
