Problems showing our pdf files

Hi,
After upgrading to OJS 3.2.1.4 we are having problems viewing the pdf files. See: e.g. Ændringer i det redaktionelle workflow - Fra OJS 3.1 til 3.2 | OJS på dansk
You have to download the file instead of having it shown in the PDF viewer

The problem seems to stem from Hypothesis. After disabling this plugin, the problem disappeared.
