Problems moving OJS to another server

Hi.
We have been forced to change servers and we have encountered problems moving our OJS. When I enter the page as administrator, some sections appear blank, including site settings.
We have activated the error log and this is what comes out:

The fatal error messages here relate to FastCGI. Is you new server configured with FastCGI? Does this cgi script live at /var/www/vhost/revistasfranciscanas.org/fcgi-bin/php.fcgi? Or is that a leftover from your previous server?

Check with your System Administrator or Hosting Provider if the FastCGI configuration for your server is correct. If you continue experiencing FastCGI errors which they can’t explain, you may want to check if you can switch from FastCGI to mod_php instead.

Generally, if you had inadvertently copied this folder from the previous server to the current one, and you know the copied file is invalid, you would be able to delete it. I’m unclear, however, how it is being executed. I think you would need feedback from your system admin or hosting provider on that.

The server told me this:
In response to your inquiry, we confirm that your domain has PHP configured in FastCGI mode, and you can find all the information you need about it in the domain information page itself

On the other hand, we have verified in the different logs of the server, that there are no operational problems in the FastCGI processes of the journals revistasfranciscanas.org.

Let’s trying looking at the bigger context to see if we get some clues. I understand you’ve migrated an existing OJS installation from one server to a new server. What specific steps did you take to accomplish this? The more detail you can share, the better picture we will have to help. Does the new server host anything other than OJS?

Indeed, we have migrated the OJS installation from one server to another new server.
To do this I downloaded a copy of the OJS and the database from the old server. And I imported it via FTP to the new server. The database was uploaded from the Control Panel of the new server. And then I made the appropriate changes in the PHP config.
The previous server used Plesk and the new server did not, so I could not do a direct export.
In the new server there is nothing more than the OJS.

Do you still regularly see this message in your webserver error log?

I would expect some corresponding PHP error messages which would likely be helpful in diagnosing the problem. Since they don’t appear above, I suspect you have a dedicated PHP error log. Were you able to find this?
