Problem with Paper status

I have problem with paper status. We have already made decision on abstract only. However the paper status is Paper in Review, although author does not submit full paper yet. In this case author can’t submit their full paper. Thanks

I presume you’re asking about OCS. What version are you running?

Hi @nor_azizah_m_yacob,

It sounds like you’re using the separate abstract then paper submission process. If that’s the case, when you finish reviewing the Abstract, you should be able to record an “Invite Presentation” decision. Then notify the author using the envelope icon. At that point the author should be able to upload their presentation.
