I am currently working on the OJS platform, versions 3.2.1.4 as an editor for the journal. We encountered a problem with the program as follows: When we were working, the program switched to English (we are using Arabic) and removed the Arabic language option from the dropdown above. We also faced issues with uploading files, and some roles of reviewers and authors were canceled, with some submitted papers being permanently deleted without leaving any trace in the data.
I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

Please note, that the version of of OJS that you’re using is no longer supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.
