When I click on an individual article, the web page does not display many elements: the PDF, the XML, the references, or the rest of the information it should display.

Is your galley uploaded properly for this particular article - I tlooked on your site and it does not appear to be. Also, I notice that your site is running OJS 3.2 - I highly recomend upgrading, as that version is no longer supported.
