we are from publisher Universitas Airlangga, we want to ask about a problem in our journal where we can’t edit metadata (Summary menu—>edit metadata—>cannot edit from author name, article title, abstract, to references—>when save metadata jump to e-journal.unair.ac.id website). Our website journal using Open Journal Systems 2.4.8.1.
Please help us to solve this problem and what should we do next?
