Problem with E-Mails

Hi there community,

I am using OJS 3.0.2. The problem is that E-Mails are not working. By the way, I have already asked my service provider about the SMTP settings and have entered them in the file config.inc.php.

How can I fix this problem?

Hi @geekm1983,

What do you mean by “not working”? Do you receive an error message, or do they simply disappear, or something else?
