Hi @rwaida-aljadi,

Have you activated the paid account for iThenticate and configured it to the required configuration as indicated above? I noticed this post too, that might provide some clues on how to navigate this: iThenticate plugin issue

Also: What version/software are you using (e.g. OJS 3.3.0-4)?
