Problem with automatic connection with plagiarism program

Peace be upon you. We have a problem when creating a new publication request. It is not automatically sent to the plagiarism program.

Hi @rwaida-aljadi,

Presumably you mean the iThenticate plugin? You’ll want to ensure that you have the plugin correctly configured. Please see here for instructions on how to go about that: GitHub - pkp/plagiarism: Plagiarism checker plugin for OJS 3/OMP

Have you activated the paid account for iThenticate and configured it to the required configuration as indicated above? I noticed this post too, that might provide some clues on how to navigate this: iThenticate plugin issue

Also: What version/software are you using (e.g. OJS 3.3.0-4)?
