Problem uploading submission file with Quicksubmit plugin OJS 2.4.8

@richardk, check your php.ini limits on file uploading:

Uploadig large files

Is there any limitation as to the size of the uploaded files? I can’t upload 12MB file being logged in as an author nor journal editor. We are using OJS 2.4.8 Thank you for help
