I can not upload any file. Also I tried to upload with a 80 KB file
still had the same problem. I don’t think the problem is the maximum
file size limit.
During the submission process, a submission file is selected using the browser but upon clicking the
upload button, nothing happens without an error message when I used my
window laptop(IE browser) but there’s an error message “the connection was reset”
when I used my Mac book laptop(Firefox browser).
Any help would be appreciated since no user can currently submit any articles to our journal.
