Problem to upgrade OJS 2.4.8-5 system to OJS 3.2.1.1

I updated the OJS 2.4.8-5 system to OJS 3.2.1.1.

Despite the editions and articles being made available for consultation, the administrative part has many problems.

1- I cannot delete articles that I submitted in the author profile.
2- “loading” is always displayed on the top bar
3- User profile page “loading”;
4- Future editions page, “loading”

1 2 3

I’ve tried changing the file permissions, I’ve tried changing the php version from 7.3 to 7.1

Please help me to solve the problem.
