I am using OJS version 3.3.0.8 and after accepting the settings and terms of use of the PKP PLN, I am getting this Network Status message: “The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet”.
Journal URL: https://revistas.upr.edu/index.php/acceso/index
How long ago did you enable the plugin? It may take a little while for the PKP PN to ingest your journal.
You should be able to see your journal in the list here: http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/pkppn/onix.csv - this is supposed to update nightly (you might want to wait a day or so to see if it made it on to this list).

More than a week ago.
I can’t find the journal on this list either. In fact, there are other journals on the portal: revista.upr.edu that have the plugin activated and I don’t see them on the list. Any suggestion for this problem? Thank you very much.
Your journal appears to have changed URLs since it was first registered with the PKP|PN (the old URL was on journals-ojs3.upr.edu). I’ve updated the domain name in the PKP|PN; please give it a couple of days and check again.
If you still don’t see anything change, I’d recommend double-checking that your server is set up to run scheduled tasks (either using a cron job – see config.inc.php – or using the Acron plugin for OJS).

Hello, Alec, I don’t see any change. In fact, checking the list: [http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/pkppn/onix.csv ] I only found one journal from the revistas.upr.edu but the url is not correct, it is the same erroneous url journals-ojs3.upr.edu (a test server).
this plugin works 50/50 – it either works or it doesn’t.
I have not been able to start it for 3 years now. Support, unfortunately does not work. The instructions are very hard.
I’ve just updated all incorrect entries that I could find in PKP|PN to match the right URL.
I suspect that your test journal might be causing the URLs to be reset, I’ll be monitoring this issue in the next couple of days, and also take a look in the code, to discover what’s happening.
I just checked again and the records were reset again to “http://journals-ojs3.upr.edu”, so I’ll need to investigate the code and come up with a solution, I’m not sure how long it will take, but I’ll add this issue to my to-do list and work on it in parallel.
For now I just can propose a workaround solution, which is to disable the plugin (or the scheduled tasks in your cron/acron plugin) in the test journal, then I can update the records again to see if it works.
Hello, @jonasraoni, thank you for your help. I have just disabled the PKP PN plugin on the test server http://journals-ojs3.upr.edu. I will be checking again the journals list onix.csv.
Just to confirm, you’ve disabled the plugin and scheduled tasks only for the “journals-ojs3.upr.edu”, right? Just asking because you mentioned the “revistas.upr.edu” (which should have everything enabled).
About the “Acceso”, considering that the scheduled tasks are active…
The administrative panel was missing it’s ISSN. I added it manually, to see if it helps…
This error message should be displayed when the record has an empty/invalid OJS version, but the record seems to be valid in the administrative panel, so it will require further investigation. Can you try to refresh the information using the “Refresh” button in the plugin settings?
I saw the “Acceso” journal has successfully deposited some issues, therefore I’m closing this topic.
The solution I’ve proposed is a workaround, but there’s an issue to address it properly, once it gets some development time, all the confusion should be easier to grasp and fix by yourself.
