Problem in updating to OJS 3.1.2.4

Hello,

I updated the OJS on Softaculous in cPanel and now showing that I39%20AM have the latest version as in the picture but in my journal site, the version is the old one and ask me to update so what to do?

Have you followed the upgrade steps https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/UPGRADE ? Was there a successful message at the end?

You are trying to downgrade the product “openAIRE” from version [2.0.1.5] to version [1.2.0.0]. Downgrades are not supported

I deleted the OpenAire Plugin and the upgrade was successful
