Problem in registration

Hi,

I have updated OJS to version 3.1.1-2 and I have problems with user registration. The following message is displayed:

“You must agree to the terms of the privacy statement.”

However, there is no checkbox with this information in the registration form.

I noticed that this excerpt is in: lib \ pkp \ locale \ en_US \ user.xml
[user.profile.form.privacyConsentRequired].

I also checked the administrative area but found no place to enable this option. Can someone help me?

I am having the same problem, but I am using the bootstrap3 theme.

Are you using the latest release. It can be seen that it already includes necessary changes: bootstrap3/userRegister.tpl at master · NateWr/bootstrap3 · GitHub
