Problem in Manuscript submission
The new visitors to my journal site are unable to submit the manuscript after the registration process. Currently Im using “Quick submit” plugin and my editor is submitting the new submission by himself.
Please suggest what to do.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:
- Go to ‘…’
- Click on ‘…’
- Scroll down to ‘…’
- See error
What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0-4

Okay, in that case it is best to look at your error log and look for errors there.

To clarify, this doesn’t involve any code changes, but rather locating your error log and then reporting the errors found there. Please see here for advice on how to do that: How do I find my PHP error log?
It’s possible that you may need your systems administrator or host to help with this.
