Problem in distributing / transferring ojs content to PKP PLN

Hello Everyone,

I have noticed something strange with PKP PLN plugin, I previously got updated terms & conditions of PLN Plug and accepted those. And I also can see a screen where it tells me that “Network Status: The PKP PLN can accept deposits from this journal.” but in the below table Only the package option and updated option is “Yes” and every thing else is “No”. I am not sure whether the content is being transferred to PKP PLN properly, or will I have to do some checks etc. Please guide me through this because we got an email from DOAJ Review which mentioned that "The journal is not available under LOCKSS. Can you please check or make amendments to the policy on the website?"

I need urgent help.

Hello @Farhan_Abbas.

You could try resetting one or two of the deposits, and see if that makes them get into the PLN in the next few days. Otherwise, it looks like your journal is running OJS 2.4.8.0. There were some bug fixes in the OJS 2.4.8.1 and OJS 2.4.8.2 releases that might solve the problem.
