Problem during Article submission

Hello all
I have a problem during submission process of article in the role of Author.
After I click Begin submission button, the system freezes.

The version is 3.4.0.3

Hi @Bakhtinur_Khudanov,

For errors of this nature (where the system freezes), it is best to check your PHP error log and report on errors found there.

I downgraded the version to 3.3.0.15, and now it seems to be working, however now I face with a problem of Uzbek language locals. There is no Uzbek language listed there. How can I include it now?
