Probelm ordering sections in OJS 3.3.0.6

In a new issue of a journal, the sections are out of order, but I can’t re-order them. I do the re-order and click ‘Done’ but the sections just revert back to the previous (wrong) order. Any suggestions?

I’d recommend upgrading to 3.3.0.10, which is the latest 3.3 version. A number of bugs related to section ordering have been fixed in the last few point releases.

Full agree with Jason… but if, for any reason, you can not upgrade, you can fix this adding a “seq” number in the “custom_section_orders” table.

Hi @sioux also worth mentioning that a minor-ish security vulnerability was fixed in 3.3.0.10 so it’s worth upgrading just for that.
