Prepared Emails possibility to choose sender’s email address

Hi guys:

My intention was to ask this question on the topic:

But my login stopped working there, so I had to do new account here.
For this I was forced to open “new” topic. Anticipated excuses…

In short:
Home> User> Journal Manager> Prepared Emails> Edit Email

I need to change the sender in some prepared emails: to {$principalContactSignature} for email support site. I looked something like {$suportContactSignature} and also researched in classes / mail … nothing.

Hi @CFreire,

Do you want to change the sender email address (the From: header), the reply-to email address, or just the signature?

Just the signature… ok, I’m an idiot!!!
After his questions, let me guess the final answer… change manually the signature to the support contact name.
