Hello there,
I have the newest version of OJS and I have set several precompleted emails in workflow setting. However, I am unable to retrieve those when I need them.
For instance, I set email for reject with possible resubmission, major and minor revision, but when I click on “decline” (related to a specific manuscript) it only shows 2 options. Similarly, at submission I have set 2 different email : decline submission as out of scope and decline as incomplete, but it only pops-up the first one.
Can you please tell me how can I use all the template?
