This is a minor problem but just curious.
We are running OJS 3.2.1.4 and have noticed sometimes a note in the pre-review discussion section is older then the submission itself by up to 2 days. Any idea what could cause that?
The subject and body are null but they do come from a valid user.
When the user enters “Comments to the Editor” during submission, the pre-review discussion is created. So what is likely happening is that the author begins their submission, adds a comment to the editor, then saves their submission for later. Then comes back 2 days later to complete their submission.
