We would like to accept new article submissions via email, without author registrations. Then, we would like to post the accepted articles with title abstract so on on open journal system. Is it possible?

Yes that is possible. Quite some journals I am working with use this model.

Great, but I could not find such an option. all I could is to post the whole journal issua at once. no table of contents, nothing

I am not sure if I understand you really. An article can be published only within a journal issue. But that doesn’t depend on how a submission has been submitted.

When I create a new issue I only see the submitted article thru the site via author registration. What if I accepted a paper offline and then would like to put in in the created issue, how can I do it?
