Pop-up Notification View Error

Hey guys!
For some time now I’ve been having problems with the notifications that appear when logging in to the administrative area of the system, I’ve looked for answers in several forums, but without success. It’s not a translation problem.
Can anyone guide me in solving this problem shown in the image below?

System version: 3.3.0.8 (October 1, 2021 - 09:37 PM);
Profile: Portal Administrator and Magazine Editor;

This is strange - are you able to check your PHP error log and report back on any relevant error messages there?

I see the progress wheel spinning too - I wonder if this is related…

I have the same problem in all my OJ’s, with clean installations and upgrades (OJS 3.3.0.8 & PHP 7.3) Primary language: Spanish, secondary: English.

Hi Roger!

Not related, print was taken before page loaded as notifications go off screen quickly.
I will check with the analyst the file with the log.
